QuickBooks Online-Useful Features

Are you aware of all the useful features QuickBooks Online (QBO) Simple Start, Essentials, Plus, and Advanced has to offer that can save you time on your daily bookkeeping tasks? 

At Kennadee’s Bookkeeping, we believe in harnessing streamlined processes available in QBO to save you time and money each month. 

For example, the “recurring transactions” is available in all the QBO subscriptions listed above. To set up recurring transactions, you will need to navigate to the Gear Icon > Lists Column > Select Recurring transactions. From there, you can select New and create your template. Utilize this time-saving feature for routine transactions like expenses, bills, invoices, journal entries, and much more.
